This low-impact workout will get the heart rate up, focus on engaging the core and reintroducing some of those go-to exercises you'll find throughout the G. Pump library. This 45 minute workout is about taking your time, getting comfortable with the movement and building your strength overtime! As always the tunes will keep your head bopping and there's plenty of good vibes in store!
For those ladies returning to exercise from giving birth this workout is designed for 8-12 weeks post birth and of course, once you've got the green light from your doctor to return to daily movement.
